Shipping Policy
Processing Time All of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Production and handover to the carrier typically take:

7–10 days for all products except tables

3 weeks (21 days) for tables
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is handed to the carrier.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Europe: 2 days

United States and Canada: 4 days
Total Estimated Time (Production + Delivery) For a rough end-to-end estimate, add the production time above to the delivery time for your region. For example, a non-table item shipped to the United States typically arrives within 11–14 days of ordering (7–10 days production + 4 days delivery). Tables shipped to the United States typically arrive within about 25 days (21 days production + 4 days delivery).
Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and countries within Europe.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@nilwoodwork.com with photos of the damage and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@nilwoodwork.com — we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
